How to Reset Your Password

Step 1: Navigate to the Login Page

1. Open your browser and visit the login page.

2. Click on the "Forgot Password" link below the login fields.

Step 2: Enter Your Email Address

1. On the password reset page, enter the email address associated with your account

2. Input your Username or Email and click SUBMIT button.

Tip:

- For previously Google created accounts, the username is the email

- Make sure to check your email inbox for the reset link. If you don’t see it, check your spam or junk folder.

Step 3: Open the Reset Link

1. Go to your email inbox and locate the password reset email.

2. Click on the link provided in the email to open the password reset page.

Note: The reset link is valid for 24 hours. If it expires, you’ll need to request a new one.

Step 4: Create a New Password

1. On the password reset page, enter your current password, the your new password.

2. Confirm the new password by entering it again in the confirmation field.

3. Click the "SUBMIT" button.

Password Guidelines:

• Use at least 8 characters.

• Include uppercase and lowercase letters.

• Add numbers and special characters for a stronger password.

Step 5: Login with Your New Password

1. Return to the login page.

2. Enter your email and new password.

3. Click "Login" to access your account.
