How to navigate Excelin Web and access webmail

Hello, and welcome to this quick tutorial on how to access your email and explore the features available on the Excelin Web website!


Step 1: Logging In - To get started, log in to the Excelin Web website using your credentials. Once you're logged in, you will be redirected to the Accounts page. If this doesn't happen automatically, no worries! Just head to the main menu and click on Accounts.


Step 2: Navigating to Webmail - On the Accounts page, scroll down to the Account and Setup section. Here, you'll find several options for members. Look for the email icon labeled "Webmail" and click on it.


Step 3: Accessing Your Email - You will be redirected to the Titan Email login page. Simply enter your business email address and password, and you're in! You can now read, send, and manage your emails with ease.


Step 4: Explore the Platform - While you're here, take some time to explore the platform. Excelin Web offers a variety of tools and features designed to make your online experience seamless and efficient. You never know what helpful features you might discover!


Step 5: Logging Out - When you're done, logging out is simple. Click on the cog/settings icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Then, scroll down and select Logout to securely exit your account.

Changing/Resetting Password

We are giving temporary password for initial setup, it is recommended that you change this password right after accessing the email for the first time. 


Here are the steps in updating the password:

1. Access your account in Excelin Web

  • Go to Dashboard > Access and Links > Webmail
  • Login with your temporary password provide in your website details under Profile

2. Once on logged in in the webmail, follow the steps in the image below: 

3. Save your password somewhere else, or use PASSWORD MANAGER APPS on all your credentials
